Purpose-built for year-round outdoor enjoyment, the MW12 is constructed from sustainably sourced Scandinavian ThermoWood®, a premium wood that undergoes a chemical-free thermal modification process to improve its stability and natural resistance to moisture, rot, warping, cracking, and decay. The result is a durable, low-maintenance sauna designed to withstand changing weather conditions while maintaining its natural beauty for years to come.

Inside, the thoughtfully designed interior features two-level ThermoWood® benches, warm LED under-bench lighting, tempered glass door and side windows, and an integrated passive ventilation system that promotes consistent airflow and a comfortable sauna experience. A weather-resistant bituminous shingle roof provides dependable protection against rain, snow, and prolonged sun exposure.

The MW12 ships as a flat-pack kit in a secure OSB crate and is designed for straightforward assembly using standard tools. Detailed installation instructions and engineering drawings are included to simplify the installation process.

Please note that the sauna structure is sold without a heater unless one is selected at the time of purchase. Compatible Harvia heater options are available as optional upgrades. • If an electric heater is selected, a dedicated electrical circuit and installation by a licensed electrician are required.
• The MW12 is delivered as a flat-pack kit and is designed for assembly using the included installation manual and standard tools.
• Buyers may complete the installation themselves or hire an independent contractor of their choice.

Heaters & Accessories

• Heater and accessory purchases are covered under the respective manufacturer’s warranty.
• Harvia heaters are covered under Harvia’s manufacturer warranty and warranty terms.
• Heater and accessory sales are final and are not eligible for return once shipped.

Warranty Exclusions

• Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear is not covered.
