Vital Wellness Recovery ships orders within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the USA.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery typically occurs 3–9 business days after shipping, depending on location and carrier conditions.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send an email containing a tracking number and link to track your shipment. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact support@vitalwellnessrecovery.com.

5. Delivery Method

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers to your provided address.

6. Restrictions

• No deliveries to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• No shipments outside the USA.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

Report damaged or missing packages within 7 days of expected delivery to support@vitalwellnessrecovery.com. We will investigate and either send a replacement or issue a refund.
