Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior authorization from Vital Wellness Recovery.
Please do not return any product without first obtaining return instructions and authorization, as unauthorized returns may be refused by the manufacturer or supplier.
Returns should never be sent to any address without approval from Vital Wellness Recovery, as return destinations vary by manufacturer and supplier.
Return Eligibility
Return eligibility varies by manufacturer and product category. Generally:
- Products must be unused and in new condition.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included components, accessories, and documentation.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Certain products may be subject to manufacturer restocking fees.
- Some products may be non-returnable due to hygiene, customization, or manufacturer restrictions.

Because return policies vary by manufacturer and supplier, non-defective returns may not be accepted. Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect should be reported to us promptly. Vital Wellness Recovery will work directly with the applicable manufacturer or supplier to review the claim and facilitate an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, a product replacement, repair assistance, or other remedies in accordance with the supplier’s policies and return authorization procedures.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us promptly and provide photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible damage.
We will work directly with the supplier or manufacturer to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

- Refund approval when applicable.
Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already entered production, shipped, require custom manufacturing, or are considered special orders may be subject to cancellation fees or may not be eligible for cancellation.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the supplier’s inspection process and your financial institution’s processing procedures.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order products,
- Personalized products,
- Products designated as final sale,
- Products restricted by manufacturer policy,
- Gift cards.

Certain brands sold through Vital Wellness Recovery maintain their own return, cancellation, and warranty requirements.
