Warranty Coverage

• ✔ Covers defects in materials and workmanship.
• ✔ Valid for three (3) years from the date you receive your sauna.
• ✔ Applies to normal residential use only.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Natural weathering or weather-related changes.
• Routine maintenance, including:
  • Tightening barrel bands (where applicable)
  • Cleaning
  • Staining or refinishing
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence.

• This is a parts-only warranty.
• Labor and service costs are not included under the warranty.
