- Labor and service costs are not included under the warranty.
Limitation of Liability
Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. and its authorized retailers are not responsible for injuries or property damage resulting from the use of the product.
- Free curbside delivery is included for the lower 48 U.S. states (unless otherwise noted).
- Dundalk LeisureCraft carefully crates and prepares your product for shipment.
- The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Delivery is made to the end of your driveway or curbside.
- The freight carrier is not responsible for unloading or moving the product onto your property.
- Depending on the size of the crate, lift-gate service may not be available. Customers should plan ahead for unloading large shipments.
- Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, photograph it, note it on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing, and notify us immediately so we can assist with the freight claim process
