Shipping & Delivery
All Dundalk LeisureCraft saunas are handcrafted in Canada and made to order.
Please allow approximately 3–10 weeks for production and delivery.
We proudly offer FREE shipping within the lower 48 United States.
Delivery Process
Your sauna will ship via freight carrier.
The carrier will contact you 24–48 hours prior to delivery to schedule a delivery appointment.
Curbside Delivery (Liftgate Included)
Delivery is made to the end of your driveway or curbside using a liftgate.
Please note:
• Delivery does not include installation or placement beyond curbside
• The driver cannot move the sauna into your home, backyard, or garage
• Final placement is the customer’s responsibility
Packaging
Your sauna will arrive securely packaged in a protective crate on a wooden pallet to ensure safe transport.
Important Delivery Information
• Shipments are delivered via large freight trucks
• Please ensure your location is accessible for delivery
• If you have access concerns (narrow roads, low branches, etc.), contact us in advance
Upon Delivery
Please inspect the exterior packaging upon arrival.
Any visible damage should be noted on the delivery receipt before signing.

To ensure a smooth installation, please have a level, stable, and well-drained foundation prepared prior to delivery.

Warranty
The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. is backed by a 3-Year Limited Residential Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
Warranty Coverage
- ✔ Covers defects in materials and workmanship.
- ✔ Valid for three (3) years from the date you receive your sauna.
- ✔ Applies to normal residential use only.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Natural weathering or weather-related changes.
- Routine maintenance, including:
- Tightening barrel bands (where applicable)
- Cleaning
- Staining or refinishing
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence.
Please refer to your Assembly & Maintenance Guide for recommended maintenance procedures.
Parts & Labor
- This is a parts-only warranty.
- Labor and service costs are not included under the warranty.
