At Vital Wellness Recovery, we strive to provide exceptional products and service. Because many of the products we offer are custom-made, oversized, fulfilled directly by manufacturers, or supplied through third-party partners, return eligibility varies by brand and product type.

All return requests must be initiated through Vital Wellness Recovery. Customers should not return products directly to a manufacturer or supplier without prior authorization.

30 Day Return Policy
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to return authorization and the applicable manufacturer’s requirements.
Because many of the products offered by Vital Wellness Recovery are custom-made, oversized, fulfilled directly by manufacturers, or supplied through third-party partners, certain brands and products may be subject to final sale restrictions, restocking fees, cancellation fees, or manufacturer-specific return policies.
Please refer to the Brand-Specific Return Policies section below to determine whether a particular product is eligible for return or subject to manufacturer-specific restrictions.
To initiate a return request, please email us at support@vitalwellnessrecovery.com with your order number. so we may assist you in determining the applicable return process.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior authorization from Vital Wellness Recovery.
Please do not return any product without first obtaining return instructions and authorization, as unauthorized returns may be refused by the manufacturer or supplier.
Returns should never be sent to any address without approval from Vital Wellness Recovery, as return destinations vary by manufacturer and supplier.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or refund, products must:
- Be returned within the applicable return window;
- Be in Like New condition;
- Include all original packaging, accessories, documentation, and components;
- Be free of visible wear, damage, or signs of use; and
- Include proof of purchase.
"Like New" means the item has not been used and shows no visible signs of wear or damage.
Vital Wellness Recovery reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise and may reduce or deny a refund if returned items do not meet the applicable manufacturer’s return requirements.
Please note that return eligibility, restocking fees, cancellation fees, and non-returnable restrictions may vary by manufacturer and product category. Customers are encouraged to review the product description and applicable brand-specific policies prior to purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order products;
- Personalized products;
- Gift cards;
- Products designated as final sale;
- Products restricted by manufacturer policy;
- Certain wellness and personal-use products, including consumable items, supplements, vitamins, lotions, and other products designated as non-returnable by the manufacturer.
All custom and made-to-order products are final sale and are not eligible for return unless otherwise required by law.
Brand-Specific Policies
Brands in Which All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom, made-to-order, or manufacturer-restricted nature of certain products, all sales are final for the following brands:
• Dundalk Leisurecraft
• Finnmark Designs
• Harvia
• SaunaLife
These products are not eligible for return once an order has been placed. Applicable cancellation fees may apply where permitted by the manufacturer. Please review the individual product page for any additional brand-specific terms prior to purchase.
The following products are subject to a 10% cancellation fee regardless of order status due to the cost of the product: Dundalk LeisureCraft

If a product is not specifically listed above, returns and cancellations will be governed by the applicable manufacturer’s or supplier’s policies. Vital Wellness Recovery will assist customers in determining the appropriate policy and coordinating the return process.
Please note that we do not determine many of these policies, as they are established by the manufacturers and suppliers themselves.

Dundalk LeisureCraft
Many Dundalk LeisureCraft products are handcrafted, oversized, and manufactured to order. As a result, Dundalk sauna products are generally considered final sale and are not eligible for return once an order has been placed.
Dundalk LeisureCraft orders may also be subject to a 10% cancellation fee, depending on the order status and the manufacturer’s policies in effect at the time of cancellation.
Please note that certain Dundalk product categories, including cold plunges, outdoor showers, accessories, and other non-sauna products, may be subject to different return terms. Customers are encouraged to contact Vital Wellness Recovery prior to purchase or before initiating a return to confirm the applicable policy.

Finnish Sauna Builders
Return eligibility for Finnish Sauna Builders products is governed by the manufacturer’s policies in effect at the time of purchase. Because many Finnish Sauna Builders products are custom-built or made to order, certain items may not be eligible for return and may be subject to manufacturer restrictions or cancellation fees.
Vital Wellness Recovery will assist customers in determining return eligibility and coordinating the return process in accordance with Finnish Sauna Builders’ policies.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us promptly and provide photographs of:
- The product;
- The packaging; and
- Any visible damage.
Vital Wellness Recovery will work directly with the manufacturer or supplier to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Replacement parts;
- Product replacement;
- Repair assistance; or
- Refund approval when applicable.
Products that become damaged after use may not be eligible for return and may instead be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already entered production, shipped, require custom manufacturing, or are considered special orders may be subject to cancellation fees or may not be eligible for cancellation.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the supplier's inspection process and your financial institution's processing procedures.
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
