The Finnmark FD-1 Full-Spectrum Infrared Sauna delivers premium full-spectrum infrared heat in a compact, space-saving design created for personal wellness at home. Designed for one person, its 38” x 38” footprint makes it an excellent choice for smaller indoor spaces without sacrificing the comfort, materials, or technology found in larger Finnmark saunas.

The FD-1 combines UL-listed Spectrum Plus™ short-wave infrared heaters with Spectrum Carbon 360° long-wave infrared panels to provide full-spectrum infrared coverage throughout the cabin. With a maximum temperature of 170°F and a warm-up time of approximately one hour, it delivers powerful heat performance from a standard 120V, 15-amp household outlet.

Inside, Western Canadian Cedar provides a naturally aromatic sauna environment, while the Thermo-Aspen exterior is heat-treated for durability and resistance to warping and decay. Mineral wool insulation, a radiant barrier, and 8mm tempered glass help retain heat and improve thermal efficiency.

The FD-1 also incorporates modern comfort features, including a built-in LCD touchscreen controller with Bluetooth audio, upgraded 6” HiFi speakers, and Spectrum LED near-infrared and red-light ceiling lights. Adjustable sauna feet help accommodate uneven surfaces, while the plug-and-play electrical design simplifies installation.

With interior dimensions of 32”W x 34”D x 70”H and approximately 44.1 cubic feet of interior space, the FD-1 is designed to provide a comfortable one-person sauna experience while maintaining a compact footprint.
