Integrated RGB LED light therapy enhances relaxation and ambiance, while multi-layer insulation and a weather-resistant roof system help maintain energy-efficient performance through every season.

The Fortis comes equipped with a powerful Harvia heater featuring digital controls, with optional WiFi functionality for added convenience and modern usability.

ThermaSol Sauna Room Warranty

All sauna room warranties apply exclusively to the original purchaser and the original installation address. Coverage is limited strictly to manufacturing and workmanship defects.

Coverage

Fortis Outdoor Sauna:
ThermaSol sauna rooms (excluding Legacy models) include a 1-year limited warranty from the date of substantial project completion. Coverage includes defects in workmanship or materials, including:

• Mis-cuts
• Rough lumber
• Knot loss
• Defects in infrared components (if applicable)

Heater Warranty:
The Harvia heater includes manufacturer warranty coverage. Warranty terms may vary by component.

Warranty Requirements

To maintain warranty eligibility:

• Installation must be completed by a certified electrician or qualified service representative
• The sauna must be registered within 15 days of purchase
• Installation must comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and official installation guidelines

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Natural weathering or UV discoloration of wood
• Improper installation, maintenance, or misuse
• Unauthorized modifications or alterations
• Chemical damage to heaters
• Use of showers inside sauna rooms
• Labor costs for repairs, removal, reinstallation, or shipping

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and original installation location and does not extend beyond the original warranty term, including in cases of replacement products.
