Shipping Damage
Please inspect your red light therapy panel and packaging immediately upon delivery. Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery to report any visible damage or missing components. Please include photographs of the product and packaging. Reports received after this period will still be reviewed.
Returns
All returns require prior authorization. To request a return, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving your red light therapy panel.
Return Conditions:
