Designed for an immersive recovery experience at home or in commercial environments, the Primal Plunges Whiteout Cold Plunge combines powerful temperature control, advanced water care, and the PrimalOS smart touchscreen experience in a premium insulated plunge system.

The Whiteout features an angled tub designed to comfortably accommodate users up to 6’4” tall, along with spray-foam insulation for improved temperature retention and energy efficiency. An all-weather insulated spa cover is included to further help maintain water temperature when the plunge is not in use.

Choose Your Touchscreen

The Whiteout Package includes a 21.5” Wi-Fi touchscreen powered by PrimalOS, with two options based on where your plunge will be installed:

• Indoor Rated Touchscreen — Designed for indoor installations and protected spaces.
• Outdoor Rated Touchscreen — Designed for outdoor installations or locations where the touchscreen may be exposed to weather.

Primal OS puts your plunge controls and wellness content in one place, including motivational coaching, timers, music playlists, session tracking, breathing exercises, meditation, yoga, immersive scenery, and performance metrics. Remote temperature control is also available through the PrimalOS app via Wi-Fi.

Choose Your Chiller

Select the chiller that best matches your environment and level of use:

• Pro Chiller — 0.5 HP — Designed for standard home use, with commercial-grade cooling, filtration, and water care. Cools water down to 34°F and heats up to 104°F.
• Elite Chiller — 1.0 HP — The higher-capacity option, designed for hotter climates and heavier-use applications. Cools water down to 34°F and heats up to 104°F.

Both chiller options incorporate filtration and ozone sanitation, along with a titanium heat exchanger designed for reliable operation and compatibility with chlorine and chlorine-free sanitizers.

Free Standard Curbside Delivery

The Primal Plunges Whiteout Cold Plunge Package includes complimentary standard curbside delivery to nearly all addresses within the mainland United States. Your plunge will be delivered to your driveway or curb on a wooden pallet, and the shipping carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery time.

Standard curbside delivery does not include moving the plunge inside your home, unboxing, setup, or removal of the pallet and packaging materials.

Please Note:

• Some remote or difficult-to-access locations may require an additional delivery charge. If applicable, you will be contacted before shipment.
• An adult should be available to receive the shipment at the scheduled delivery time.
• Most plunges are shipped via LTL freight rather than UPS or FedEx.
• Weather, seasonal freight volume, and local carrier availability may affect delivery timing.
• Optional white-glove delivery may be available for an additional charge and includes delivery to a room on the entry-floor level, unboxing, and removal of packaging and the shipping pallet. Setup is not included.

1-Year Primal Plunges Limited Warranty

The Primal Plunges Whiteout Cold Plunge Package is backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty for the original residential purchaser. Coverage applies to qualifying defects in materials and workmanship, subject to Primal Plunges’ warranty terms and conditions.

Warranty coverage includes:

• Primal Plunge Tub — One-year coverage for the shell structure, plumbing components, and other covered factory-installed components.
• Primal Plunges Chiller — One-year coverage for the chiller housing, equipment and controls, plumbing components, water purification system, and other covered factory-installed components.
• Primal Plunges Touchscreen — One-year coverage for the display and touch panel when installed and operated according to the requirements for the selected Indoor Rated or Outdoor Rated touchscreen

Primal Plunges covers shipping costs for qualifying warranty repairs or replacements within the continental United States. Proper installation, routine maintenance, water chemistry, filter replacement, winterization when applicable, and use according to manufacturer guidelines are required to maintain warranty coverage.

Important: The Outdoor Rated touchscreen must be installed in a shaded or covered location and kept out of direct sunlight. It is designed for exposure to rain, fog, humidity, and wet-hand operation, but is not designed for direct streams of water, hoses, sprinklers, pressure washers, or submersion.
